Terms & Conditions for Passengers

Introduction

Bespoke Carriage Co. LTD provides exceptional and personalised service to our valued customers. These terms and conditions ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms can only be modified in writing by a director or operator of Bespoke Carriage Co. LTD.

Passenger Belongings

You are responsible for your luggage and personal items before, during, and after your journey.

Driver’s Right to Refuse Service

Our drivers prioritise passenger safety. They may refuse service to anyone exhibiting disruptive, abusive or threatening behaviour, or anyone violating regulations.

Missed Flights and Delays

Bespoke Carriage Co. LTD is not liable for missed flights or connections due to traffic, breakdowns, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Waiting Time

Airport pickups include one hour of free waiting time after the flight has landed. After the free hour, an additional charge of £45 per hour will be added to the original price.

For waiting time on other journeys, please contact us before you book.

Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and driver safety. In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavour to arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible to complete your journey.

Lost Property

If an item is found in a vehicle after your journey, it will be handed over to our office. Our office will contact you to arrange its return. An additional charge will apply for delivery.

Seatbelts

All passengers must wear seatbelts when available.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation period is 6 hours. Please contact us for further details of our cancellation terms before you book.

Hourly Ride Booking Policy

A minimum booking duration of 6 hours is required for all tours.

Hourly Ride Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are completely free of charge if made at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full booking fee will apply.
